Troop Information
Troop 64 has been an active Troop chartered by the Old North Reformed Church of Dumont, NJ since 1925.That's over 90 years of scouting! Eighty-two members of the troop have achieved the highest rank of Eagle Scout going back to first in 1928.
Troop Meetings
The troop meets every Monday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM (except when there is no school in Dumont). All meetings are in the basement of Old North Reformed Church located at 120 Washington Street in Dumont, NJ. Troop Committee Meetings (adult leaders & volunteers) take place on the first Wednesday of each month (except during the summer). ALL parents are welcome! Active, committed adult leaders and parents are the heart and soul of a successful Boy Scout Troop. A little time and a little effort can make a huge difference in a young man's life.
Summer Camp
Every August Troop 64 attends Camp NoBeBoSco in Hardwick, NJ. Not only is this a great opportunity to earn merit badges in a variety of categories, it's also an opportunity to create memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.
